Our success will stream from our corporate parenting style, which emphasis on;

  • Strategic planning
  • Financial control
  • Strategic control

Lack of competition within some route in the Ghana aviation industry has left air travelers in Ghana with limited choice, thereby being poorly served. United Africa Airways will base its business and marketing strategies on achieving high and profitable load factors, through absorption of unmet demand in three key air-traffic categories; un-served and routes on which high unmet demand currently exists or can be readily developed;

unmet demand: serving key niche markets where demand is either unmet or poorly served;

under-served: meeting peak traffic demands on certain key regional, seasonal, and variable routes where very high load factors can be predicted despite existing but lower-quality competition, or where competition cannot meet the demand.

The company is designed around utilizing of the most up-to-date electronic, informational, and aviation technologies to ensure low operating and marketing costs, maximum efficiency in deployment of its resources, and a high level of customer service and convenience.

Within the medium-term UNITED AFRICA AIRWAYS seeks to improve the level of air transport accessibility between Ghana and the rest of Africa at large, and to facilitate the development of trade and tourism. UAA also seeks to support the Government of Ghana’s initiatives of making Ghana the Gateway to the West African sub-region and advancing the development of Ghana as the West African aviation hub by providing services from Ghana to points in West Africa, South Africa, United States of America (U.S.A), United Kingdom and Germany and Domestic service within Ghana.

The point-to-point and network strategies will be deployed to provide direct non-stop services where applicable, and an extensive network taking advantage of the 5th and 6th “Freedom Traffic Rights” of the International Air Services Transit Agreement (IASTA). This strategic position will allow for route cross subsidization to make feeder services worthwhile and to position the Company for future growth.
